DRIFT is a steamy drama series about a group of twenty-something friends in Brussels, each losing themselves in their search for love, sex and adventure. When steady couple Luna and Lode decide to open up their monogamous relationship, they hope to reignite their dormant sex life. But what starts as their experiment quickly sparks a chain reaction within the group. Soon, all five friends are exploring non-monogamy in their own way - until they reach a point of no return… Because what happens when the search for ultimate freedom also leads to betrayal?

THE PRESS ABOUT DRIFT

“A beautiful, funny and often subtle observation of sexuality among young people in the big city […] Our heart beats for the small dialogues and the awkwardness of friendships and sex.” […] “The Streamz series is a promising debut from the Dutch-Belgian screenwriter-director duo Fenna van der Goot and Jip Heijenga.” ★★★★
- De Standaard

“Creators Fenna van der Goot and Jip Heijenga perfectly capture the turmoil in the minds of those caught between millennials and Gen Z’ers, without wagging a moral finger and always putting the characters front and center.” ★★★★
- Het Nieuwsblad

“The series subtly zooms in on hot-button issues such as consent, mental vulnerability and gender fluidity.”
- Knack

“With themes such as polyamory and consent, Drift perfectly captures the Zeitgeist.”
- De Morgen

“In Drift, the storylines flow together like bodily fluids […] enhanced by excellent cinematography and an even better soundtrack by electropop duo Aili.” ★★★
